Items not in the excluded categories can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date or 15 days from receipt, whichever is longer. Provided the item is eligible for return, our Customer Care Team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide Return Instructions. Return shipping is not included and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging when preparing it for shipment. We recommended you get a tracking number for the shipment. ProMax Supply is not responsible for any product lost or damaged during return transit so please be sure it is insured by the carrier. Please note that if an item is received in less than new condition, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
