1950's Eastern European ABSTRACT MODERNIST ART TAPESTRY Rya Rug MCM Space Age

Excellent mid century modern art tapestry, or possibly area rug. Bought back here from Eastern Europe.
Not a typical piece you will see over here in the USA very often.
This piece views great both hung up and on a floor.
The artwork measures roughly 68" long x 30" wide. View 2nd photo for scale.
Perfect sized piece of art to hang both vertical or horizontal on a wall. Or in a lower tread area, possibly use as an area / runner rug; Foot of a bed, hallway, etc... The material feels and looks and kind of looks silk like, based on how the light bounces off of it with different looks.
I'm not 100% confident what the material is though. So I will leave that up to you the buyer to decide by looking at the photos...
Overall nice vintage condition as I did not see any large areas of damage, and this piece doesn't have any unexpected odors.
Very minor wear might have the slight possibility of being found.
Possibly maybe some light lines might be visible from how this piece, and the others I acquired from Eastern Europe, have been stored.
The creases/lines are very faint, if you notice them at all, and they should disappear very quickly over time...
If you look at the close ups on the photos, you will see how detailed this tapestry is up close. Multiple colors mixing together in large areas, where typically it might be one bold color filled in. I personally think this textile art looks better in person, as the lighting was hard to get perfect.
Please note that I am selling a few other similar vintage modernist Eastern European textiles that were shipped over to me.
