How to Use
Before Using:
Heat the stone (it takes about 30-45 minutes to reach the desired temperature). The stone should be in the temperature range of 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit (47-50 degrees Celsius).
You need to clean the stone and your hands before using it and apply some essential oils to the stone.
While Using:
Always apply the stone slightly moistened and well applied (but not dripping).
