    Employee Time Management System
    The Employee Time Management System (ETMS) is a
    low cost
    software application to provide a simple interface to record employee time. The application has two distinct interfaces – one that acts as a time-clock registering system (Client), and the other to be used by an administrator (Admin). The employee can perform the following functions:
    Record the time when an employee enters
    Record the time when an employee leaves
    Record the time when an employee is out for a break
    Record the time when the employee returns from a break
    On the other hand an administrator has the ability to:
    Add/Modify employee
    View various time-clock entries
    Print time-clock reports
    The application has been tested using both a password system where each employee gets a unique password they need to provide to the system when clocking an entry, as well as access card. The application supports access cards (RFID/HID/Swipe, though not all devices have been tested) – each card requires a unique ID that can be scanned when the employee is prompted.
