his item is Brand New and is constructed of foam board which is printed on the outside. We will e-mail a fully detailed set of instructions with each purchase. As will be seen in the instructions, some cutting with a scalpel or craft knife is required during the construction process. We recommend the use of PVA glue with the option of 3M Craft mount for glazing and to have available a straight edge for cutting and pins to assist in the initial positioning of the components prior to glueing.
