NOT INCLUDED - Limited Access Locations that may include but is not limited to the following: Individual (mini) storage units, Churches, Schools, Commercial establishments not open to walk-in public during normal business hours, Construction sites, Fairs or carnivals, Prisons, Military Base/Installations, Rural route or out of town highway access locations, Sites requiring Security Inspections prior to delivery. Deliveries to these locations is always available but additional freight cost may be required.
All shipments will have a call ahead of delivery and tracking provided by the carrier.

Item requires freight preparation and normally will ship from 10 to 15 working days after payment is made. Expedited freight shipment is normally not available and freight preparation time varies widely depending on number of orders.
Freight transit can be 1 to 6 working days depending on distance between shipping points.

Delivery Information:
Be ready to unload the shipment and have someone ready to help if necessary. Drivers are not obligated to assist.
Inspect the shipment for external and internal damage and verify the count of all pieces while the driver waits.
If you accept the shipment with damages or shortage, mark the driver’s paperwork "Damaged" or "Short". This will help the claim process.
If you sign for the shipment free and clear, you own it. There will be no recourse for damaged or missing items.
If you refuse the shipment, let us know immediately so we can authorize a return to repair/replace the goods.

How will it arrive?
It will arrive on a large commercial delivery truck. See an image here .
What does the crated display case look like?
It is fully contained within styrofoam and cardboard sheeting then framed in wood for stability and handling.
What is a lift gate?
A lift gate is a hydraulic deck attached to the end of the delivery truck that can lower your display case to the ground. There is an extra fee for a lift gate but it can be very helpful if you don't have a forklift, a dock or help to unload.
Will I need a lift gate?
Since the purpose of a lift gate is to lower freight to the ground, you won't need one if you can unload the trailer with a forklift or have a dock the same height (approximately 48 inches high) as the trailer for off-loading. You also have the option to unload it by hand but it could take several people depending on the weight and size of the crates.
Will the driver bring it inside and/or uncrate it?
The driver can bring your showcases inside (with your help and not on his own) but that is an additional fee and must be arranged before it ships. The driver will not uncrate your display case or remove the crating. That service can be quoted before it ships, if you require it.
